SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing to shop with us at One Stop Christian Shop. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible, which is why we have created this friendly Shipping Policy to provide you with all the information you need regarding shipping and delivery of your products.

 

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to your needs within Australia. When you check out, you'll be presented with the available shipping options to choose from.

 

Order Processing Time

We know you're excited to receive your order, and we strive to process and prepare it for shipment within 3 business days from the date you place your order for existing products. It's important to note that this processing time doesn't include weekends or public holidays.

 

However because all our T-shirts are MADE UPON ORDER there is a 3-7 day turn around before the actual shipping process starts.

 

During busy seasons or special promotions, order processing times may be slightly longer than usual. But don't worry, we'll always keep you informed by providing estimated processing times on our website or through email updates.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the estimated time it takes for your package to reach its destination after it has been shipped. The shipping time may vary depending on factors such as the shipping method you select, the destination address, and any customs clearance processes. While we provide estimated shipping times during checkout, please remember that these are just estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.​

Shipping Costs

We calculate shipping costs based on factors like the shipping method chosen, the destination address, and the weight and dimensions of the package.

To ensure transparency, we display the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before you finalize your

purchase. When One Stop Christian Shop commences international shipping, those  additional fees such as customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia and to New Zealand .

 

Undeliverable Packages

If, for any reason, a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, refusal to accept the package, or failure to arrange for re-delivery or pickup within the carrier's specified timeframe, the package may be returned to us.

If this happens, we'll reach out to you to confirm the correct shipping address and make arrangements for re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment, payable by you the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package is damaged please send an email to onestopchristianshop01@gmail.com. with photo evidence within 3 days of delivery, so that we can get in contact with the shipping company.  We will work closely with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible. In the case of a damaged package, we may request photographic evidence or ask you to return the damaged items before providing a replacement or refund.

 

Changes to Shipping Policy

We want to keep you informed, which is why we reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds and returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has amajor problem. This is when the item:

  • hasaproblemthatwouldhavestoppedsomeonefrom buying the item if they had known about it

  • isunsafe

  • issignificantlydifferentfromthesampleordescription

  • doesn’tdowhatwesaiditwould,orwhatyouasked for and can’t be easily fixed.

    Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

    If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

    Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
